Vast Arts
CCPC Presentation
On the 9th of November, Vast Arts and Desert Channels Group hosted the Channel Country Photography Competition Presentation Lunchon at the lovely cool setting of the Qantas Founders Museum to enjoy a tasty lunch.
The images were displayed through out the lunch for all those who attended to enjoy and marvel at the talent. It was such a nice way to formally recognise the winners who were able to attend, and people travelled from far and wide to share in the celebrations.
A big thank you to the sponsors—some of whom were able to attend to meet and greet the winners and see the caliber of the images. Their ongoing support will ensure the Channel Country Photography Competition’s ongoing success.
This is a wonderful example of what is achievable when two great organisations put their heads to together and collaborate on a project that not only gives artists another avenue to present their work, but also support the natural resources management of the area.
Vast Arts suggests purchasing a CHANNEL COUNTRY PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION desk or wall calendar with the winning images for someone for Christmas. Contact Desert Channels Group or Vast Arts for more details.
View the images from the luncheon at our Online Gallery, thanks to Louise Campbell of CICADAS and Michael Castrisos of Desert Channels Group.
